We know that recruiting great talent and also finding the right organisation when you’re someone who wants to have a career with purpose, is a big challenge. It’s a story we’ve been told by so many leaders, partners, presenters and amazing talented individuals across the country.

We also know there are droves of people trying to shift careers into social impact, with the wake of COVID, the discussion of hybrid and flexible working, the changes in parental leave and menstrual leave conversations, people are ready for change.

With that in mind, we’ve created the Purpose 2022 Purpose-Driven Career Fair. It will provide the perfect opportunity for individuals to connect with amazing businesses that are values aligned and looking to employ amazing leaders within their businesses.
