About GERALDINE

Geraldine is a Non-Executive Director at Future Super and Relationships Australia (QLD) and the Chair of the ANU Centre for Asian-Australian Leadership. As Executive Director of One Blue Dot, she works as an executive coach, impact investor and strategic adviser, specialising in purpose-driven business, leadership development and people and culture frameworks.

Geraldine has held Senior Executive roles in finance (ASX), aviation (Virgin Australia) and professional services (Baker McKenzie) where she has been guided by a fundamental belief that business has an important role to play as a force for good. She has also held not-for-profit Board roles (UN Women Australia, Refugee Advice + Casework Service) and Advisory Board roles (Give InKind, Welcoming Australia, World Economic Forum). Geraldine has postgraduate qualifications in Law and Coaching Psychology.
