About Geraldine

Geraldine cares deeply about creating a strong, sustainable and inclusive community and environment for current and future generations. Drawing on her experience as a Senior Executive and Board member across ASX-listed companies, law firms, early-stage businesses and not-for-profits, she currently has a career portfolio of Board director, mentoring, strategic advisory, impact investing and coaching roles.

  • Geraldine is a Non-Executive Director of Future Super Group, and Advisory Board member of the ANU Centre for Asian-Australian Leadership, Give InKind and Welcoming Australia. She is a judge of the 40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australian Awards and the inaugural Chair of the Advisory Committee for Griffith University’s Climate Justice Observatory. She is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of 5H Values Capital which invests in impact-driven businesses, with 50% of its portfolio companies being led by female founders.

    Geraldine has held Group Executive Committee roles at Virgin Australia Group and the Australian Stock Exchange and was the Chief Operating Officer of Baker McKenzie in Australia. She has also served on the Board of the Australian National Committee for UN Women, the Management Committee of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service and the Australian Human Resources Institute’s Inclusion and Diversity Panel.
