Karan is the Managing Director for Australia at Hnry and in this role he manage Hnry's brand, customer relationships, partnerships and team in the Australian market.

Prior to working at Hnry, Karan worked in Management Consulting for 13 years, with a focus on providing strategy advice to clients in the Financial Services industry.
In 2012 Karan co-founded the Young Sikh Professionals Network (YSPN), an organisation he led until September 2017. YSPN was formed to mobilise the first generation of Australian Sikh professionals to build their professional capacity. YSPN has chapters in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland and he led a national executive team of 12 people.
