About Leigh
Leigh Dunlop is the Chief People Officer at Future Super.
Leigh joined Future Super in September of 2018 and has helped grow the business from what was then a 20 person operation, to over 120 people today.

Future Super’s purpose is to create a future free from climate change and inequality. Leigh and her team work hard to ensure that the actions of Future Super as an employer align with this purpose, helping to reduce inequalities in the workplace and creating policies and processes that benefit and support the team.
In 2021 Future Super launched a ‘Bloody Good Policy’ at Future Super, which encourages workers to break down the stigma around menstruation and menopause and provides paid leave for people to manage the symptoms associated with menstruation and menopause.
