About Megan

Megan works at the intersection of mindfulness and innovation, bringing deep breaths to the most unlikely places.

She is the Director of Innovation of Monash University's Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies (M3CS) and previously served as the university's Head of Startup Programs.

  • Megan's company, Mindful Under Fire, provides training in the US and Australia for individuals and teams to succeed in high pressure situations, with clients including prison parole programs, front line emergency workers and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to living in Silicon Valley, Megan worked as a journalist with the ABC for over a decade in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Megan is also an active advisor and mentor in the Australian and New Zealand startup ecosystems, working to build thriving startups with healthy, balanced founders.
